ZaloPay e-wallet
Zalopay is an e-wallet created based on the Zalo application of VNG company. With a lot of sub-features inside, ZaloPay is a very convenient application for everyone.
As a product designer, I have been involved in designing numerous key features and campaigns for the app.
Login
In the ZaloPay login section, you can log in with your phone number or log in with your Zalo account
Profile
The Profile page is a place that summarizes the user's information and accounts. There may be entry points for users to perform other tasks. Here, I have designed an additional entry point for users to perform KYC and as a result, the KYC count has increased by 20% compared to before.
KYC
KYC is a quite complex feature of e-wallets and needs to be required for users to complete. By putting the KYC entry point on my personal page, I have helped the rate of users performing KYC increase by 20%.
Funding Channel
Funding channel is a feature that links bank accounts to an e-wallet to be a source of money to deposit into the wallet and pay for services. I also designed this feature from scratch with a fairly high rate of users successfully linking cards
ZOD
ZOD is ZaloPay on Delivery, a feature that allows users to scan the code on the shipper's phone to pay for the order.
ZaloPay Campaign Onboading
Campaign Onboarding is a program for new users, users will perform tasks and receive gifts. I redrawn ZaloPay's Toro cat mascot and made movements for each character, making the game more lively and attractive.
ZaloPay Campaign New Year 2023 (Phuc - Loc - Tho)
Based on the available key visual, I designed the UI for the Phuc - Loc - Tho section of this campaign.
ZaloPay Campaign Noel 2023 (3D Charactor - Animation)
Working with other team members, my task was to redraw the game characters in 3D and animate them.
